By accessing our website or using any services provided by Alarme Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Alarme Atlas provides residential and commercial security services including alarm system installation, 24/7 ULC-certified monitoring, surveillance camera installation, access control, and related smart home integration. Service availability may vary by location within our service area (Montréal, Laval, North Shore, South Shore, and West Island).

Monitoring services are provided under a minimum 1-year contract unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly monitoring fees are billed in advance. Early termination may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of the contracted term.

Alarme Atlas reserves the right to adjust monitoring rates with 30 days written notice.

All equipment installed by Alarme Atlas remains the property of the client upon full payment. Installation is carried out by certified technicians in accordance with applicable codes and standards. The client is responsible for maintaining the system and providing access for maintenance visits when required.

Alarme Atlas shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from system malfunctions, false alarms, communication failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim. Security systems are a deterrent and do not guarantee prevention of theft, fire, or other incidents.

The client is responsible for any municipal fines or fees resulting from false alarms dispatched from their premises. Alarme Atlas will make reasonable efforts to contact the client prior to dispatching emergency services. Repeated false alarms may result in a service charge.

All content on the Alarme Atlas website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Alarme Atlas and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Québec.
